In 2023 Monash Urban Lab exhibited at the Seoul Biennale of Architecture and Urbanism with the work Ground Melbourne. They commenced a dialogue with Seoul architects at the symposium Common Ground. Continuing this relationship, Korean architect Yerin Kang, Society of Architects, will visit for Melbourne Design Week’s restaging of Ground Melbourne and a third Common Ground symposium. In anticipation of this event, Yerin will present some of her practice and teaching on Saturday 25th May at Collingwood Yards.
