gohome is a modern Australian furniture design brand whose holistic approach and use of recyclable and environmentally friendly materials mirrors the relaxed Australian lifestyle by creating quality, design-led furniture. After a few years in development, the new Utility chair & stool collection extends this brand philosophy and celebrates form and function in equal measures. “Inspired by the robust function of tools, the chair is a tool for life,” says designer of the Utility collection Ben McCarthy. “We wanted to build something that lasts. Does an honest job and does it well. It’s a classic silhouette with highly refined details, which I think will be well received by the Australian market.”
Join gohome for drinks and a panel discussion while they explore utility, aesthetics and materiality in the future of Australian design.
